Coaching Is Not Therapy

Our Services are transformational coaching — not psychotherapy, psychiatry, counseling, or any other form of licensed mental health treatment. We are not a substitute for care from a licensed medical or mental health professional. If you're currently under the care of a therapist, psychiatrist, or doctor, please continue that care alongside any coaching work with us.

Complementary Practices

Some practices we draw on — including Reiki, Ho'oponopono, Vedic Numerology, and Akashic guidance — are complementary and spiritual in nature. They are not scientifically or medically validated forms of treatment, and are offered as supportive tools alongside coaching, not as medical or psychological interventions.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

Every individual's journey is different. We do not guarantee specific emotional, psychological, financial, or lifestyle outcomes from our Services.
