These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and your booking of any coaching sessions or programs with us. By booking a session or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
1. Our Services
SplendidSouls offers emotional wellness and life coaching services, including the Emotional Clarity Session, Emotional Transformation Coaching, and Premium 1:1 Transformation (collectively, "Services"), as described on our website.
Our Services are coaching services — not medical, psychiatric, or psychological treatment. Please see our Disclaimer page for more information.
2. Bookings
Sessions are booked directly through our website. Upon booking, you'll receive confirmation of the date, time, and format (online) of your session. Please log in on time for your scheduled session — late arrivals may result in a shortened session, at our discretion.
3. Payments
Payment is required at the time of booking for all paid Services, processed securely through our website. Prices are listed on our website and may change without prior notice, though any change won't affect sessions already booked and paid for.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session are eligible for a full reschedule or refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session may not be eligible for a refund, though genuine emergencies will always be considered.
No-shows without prior notice are non-refundable.
5. Refunds
Refunds, where applicable under our cancellation policy above, are processed manually within 7 business days of approval.
6. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information when booking, to attend sessions in a private and undisturbed setting where possible, and to communicate openly during your sessions to get the most benefit from our work together.
7. No Guarantee of Results
Coaching is a collaborative process, and outcomes depend on many factors, including your own engagement and circumstances. We do not guarantee specific results, emotional outcomes, or life changes from our Services.
8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies to help personalize your experience. A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a web page server; cookies cannot run programs or deliver viruses to your device. By using this website, you agree to our use of required cookies — these are necessary for the site to function and don't require separate consent.
